Kero One – On Bended Knee feat. Sam Ock (Official Music Video, 2010)

From his latest album, Kinetic World, Kero One presents the official first music video entitled On Bended Knee feat. Sam Ock. Written from Kero One’s own personal experiences, On Bended Knee is about finding “the one” to spend the rest of his life with despite having traveled the world looking for love previously “in all the wrong places.” And if you are wondering what happened with the girl he’s rapping about in the song, she said “yes.” Their wedding was literally a few days ago. The video was shot and directed by Johnny Le from Portland, Oregon.

When the Sunshine Comes – Official Music Video

Peep Kero One’s second music video, this time for the follow-up single “When The Sunshine Comes” featuring British singer Ben Westbeech. Strolling along a beautiful beach in sunny San Diewgo, California, Kero illustrates the story of two young souls, John and Jane. John is in med school and falls head over heels for Jane, a sweet, carefree party girl. Soon the two lovebirds tie the knot but the pressures of the impending marriage get the best of young John who begins to revert his days of partying. When Jane discovers what he’s been up to, the wedding bells stop ringing. Months later we see Jane out with friends again, but one night she has one drink too many. In a dreary hospital bed Jane opens her eyes, lucky to be alive, and who is the young doctor she sees standing over her smiling…? Creatively directed by Byron Chan, the video gives us a short but sweet love story, just in time for spring.

Welcome to the Bay – Official Music Video

Commentary:
Kero One whets our appetites with his new video, “Welcome to the Bay,” where he guides us through his hometown of San Francisco. Kero shares an honest view of his City By the Bay by touching down on subjects such as the homeless, the Great Quake of ’89, his sneaker addiction, and on a more personal tip, his experience growing up as a second generation son of Asian immigrant parents. Directed by Phil Velasco, Kero One walks us through the streets, beaches, and high-rises of America’s most visually stunning city.

Take a deep breath as you check out the video; smell the fresh salt air. We wouldn’t blame you if this video makes you feel the urge to move to The ‘Sco.
